Contribuisci feedbackI grew up in Texas, and Whataburger has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. This location in Shreveport, however, has completely disappointed me. They are very slow in the lobby and in the drive-thru, which isn't all that unusual at restaurantsthese days, but the food is always cold and stale and greasy. This morning I went in to pick up some breakfast hoping that thistime the experience might be better; I ordered two taquitos and some hash browns, but the girl at the counter rang up threetaquitos. When I told her I had said I only needed two, she told me flat out that I had ordered three, and did nothing to adjustmy order, like she expected me to go ahead and take the three taquitos when I only needed two because I was in the wrong. I knowdamn well what I ordered, so I left without breakfast. Unfortunately for me, because I really enjoy Whataburger, I will not bepatronizing this location in the future. It has been an unpleasant experience every time I have gone there.
Being from the W.C. I really thought WAB would be a staple for burger joints. To me it's along the lines of Jack in the Box. I do like that they offer grilled onions and you can customize your burger. I don't like the 40 minute wait times for drivethrough. ???? I think the fastest I've ever been out of a WAB is 25 minutes...what really puts you in a eff'it mind set when itcomes to their service. Their Spicy Ketchup is fire though!
These people don't know how to run a drive through whatsoever... why have a second lane if you refuse to it? Why not block it off? I've been here for almost 30 minutes and just got my order taken. Also, they come outside to get your money and then makeyou wait (probably because they know people will drive away frustrated). Guy comes to my window while im still sitting at thespeaker because the line is so backed up because he cant find whose order he has to deliver! Worst service at a drive throughI've ever experienced.
Horrible horrible horrible. We just went to go get a good shake for the family. First it takes a couple minutes to even take my order at the drive thru speaker. Then we proceed to wait for 30 minutes in the line of only 3 cars to get to the window. Then Ipay for everything with my card and after a couple minutes they tell us to pull up. After another couple of minutes they tell usthe ice cream machine is not working!!?? So they take my card for the refund and come back with my card and cash. Only $12!. Ididn?t even get my cents back. If you are going to refund you should pay your customers in full! Worst customer service I?veever experienced! Need workers that take pride in their work. This is coming from a young worker too like come on do better.
Very poor people skills in the Drive Thru. Tried to place an order and young lady on other end of intercom cuts me off, saying You don 't have to scream at me . After apologizing and saying I wasn 't aware I was screaming, she snaps back Yes you were .Management should really train employees how to deal with the public.
