Maypole Court Cafe Bistro - Shropshire

Visited here with my mum for a lunchtime treat today. First time visit for both of us, and certainly won't be the last! We both chose to have one of the specials which was a delicious, and generous slice of home made chicken and mushroom pie, served with fresh peas and carrots, and with a choice of both chips or mash, we both chose the home made chips. This was accompanied by a small jug of very nice gravy. We were served by a lovely, friendly waitress.

What a lovely place to visit. Clean. Well set out. Gluten free options always available. Food was fantastic everything had it's own flavour. Would highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Absolutely delicious egg and chips and my bf really enjoyed his omelette and chips!!! Drinks also lovely and nothing was too much trouble!!! Will definitely be returning x

Nice quiet, sheltered little spot to sit outside for a break when cycling. Very friendly staff and a very welcome coffee cake. Thank you.

Today visited with a local wemian, very good recommendation from her to go to the maypole. we had both eggs royale, the eggs were brought to perfection and the Hollandaise sauce was beautiful. it was served on a muffin with delicious salmon. we ordered some. twice boiled chips to share, also very good. we drink wisely we ordered a cappuccino and a pot tee. I asked for lean milk and some extra hot water with the tea, both were made happy. I have to say that the tee is a generous size anyway. the price was £21 for both of us and that was good for the quality of the food and drinks. so a shame that we don't have time for a piece of delicious looking cake. on the board there were specialties, including baked kartoffels and suppening options. the service was great and the loo clean. the best traces of us, we will return.
