Swallow - Shropshire

We are new to the area and this was recommended as the best Chinese in the area. It's pleasant restaurant with very friendly staff. Relatively easy to park nearby. The food was okay but not amazing. Everything seemed to just lack that extra depth of flavour and aromatic spices we are used to. We thought it was fairly expensive for what we had too. In summary, it's not going to blow your mind but it's nice. We are proper foodies and will continue our search for something better even if it means driving 30-40 mins.

The food at this takeaway restaurant is of good quality and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our order was ready in just twenty minutes. We were able to simply walk in to place our order without needing to call ahead.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The food was tasty and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The prices were fair and the portions were generous. The quality of the food was top-notch. We highly recommend dining here.

Ordered on phone. Told it was an hour. One and a half hours later advised they had given our order away to another person. A replacement order was cooked but the quality was awful. Mushroom curry was a pot of grease and had to be thrown away. One sweet and sour chicken was poor quality. Have always used this take away used to be the best. However whilst I accept mistakes happen this was an extremely poor experience and a huge drop in quality. Not acceptable at the prices charged.

Ordered tonight, as you can imagine, as it was New years eve, it was extremely busy. Our order was taken and produced exactly on time and piping hot. The food was absolutely delicious, This is the best Chinese take away I have ever had so tasty and very filling. It may be a little bit more expensive not much than others in the town but as they say You get what you pay for
