Stop forgetting things within my order. PLEASE. I love you guys but lately you guys keep messing up my order. You keep forgetting the bacon in my Kimchi fries! Also, start answering the phone. Also, please remember to staple the bag closed for delivery orders to keep the food tamper proof.

I love bopNgrill. My favorite burgers and easily the best cheese fries in the city. It is kind of a letdown though how much the dine-in experience has declined. No more trays or chopsticks or anything. Everything is just thrown in a bag. Still love this place, just missing a better time. (I also miss the loco burger but that’s a story for another time.

I ordered online for delivery. THEY DID NOT READ MY ORDER! I said no Salad…got salad mixed with my meal. I wrote to leave my order in the Hotel lobby and location of the hotel. They did not read that either. Food was not good either. Not Korean at all.

Great food — I always like to stop here when I'm looking for a quick lunch or dinner. They have great burgers and some of best fries I've had in Rogers Park. Their tofu bowls are also awesome.

Am annoyed because last time I had a burger from this place it tasted and smelled like straight up soap. Like a bar of soap. Am trying it again now to give it a second chance so I hope they don’t disappoint.
