Dunkin' - side

I wish I could leave a 0 star. My friend is allergic to milk and we ordered them an oat milk cold brew. We tried their drink for them and there not only was there regular milk in there, it wasn’t even cold brew. I asked nicely for them to make it right and the lady who talked to us had the nastiest attitude. She mocked my friend saying and said she didn’t put any milk in there. They have the friendliest staff. I actually go out of my way to get my coffee from them. Its worth it! They get the orders correct and they are kind!

I needed the restroom to wash my hands before eating, and the employees said that is not in use. How is possible that a place like this a restroom is not available for months? I don't go to places like this, because I can't imagine the hygiene of this place to provide a good service.

Good sandwiches but it was a long wait in line, only one employee and very slow.

I usually love Dunkin’, but my experience here was horrible, I order two coconut refreshers and one bagel and they all came out terrible, my bagel was burned and the drinks were bad. Don’t recommend going to this Dunkin.
