Short Indian lady really rude! Please hire friendly and polite people!

They were fast with my order and cashier was curious.

SHORT INDIAN LADY!! SUPER RUDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT MISTREATS PEOPLE!!! Apparently she’s know for being horrible! I’ve been flying for 13 hrs I came to this shop at Ohare airport around 2:45am there was an Indian lady selling coffee to other people before me. As soon as I walked up to the counter she turned around and ignored me. I was so thirsty n and asked if I could pay the 2 waters. She refused and with an attitude told me to go sit down. The short Indian lady was so rude, it’s only 4:49am on a Tuesday. She yelled at me when I asked for almond milk for my wife’s coffee. I asked the cashier (cool guy) to run back the order because I wasn’t gonna pay $35 for two small drinks and two sandwiches. The short lady yelled back at me the total, they added and removed munchkins (I never even mentioned munchkins) for some reason, and I ordered an iced chai not icy milk with pumpkin sauce. Yeeesh

If you are traveling at night, good luck if the old Indian lady (Jyotsna) is working. I was warned by airline staff she would be nasty, but they severely undersold the exchange. I understand how stressful food service life can be, but her approach is downright threatening.
