Very good hotel, the price is according to your experience. Good location for walking to places of interest and restaurants.

Bathtub drains slowly. There are not enough power outlets in the room. There are various issues, such as tissues running out quickly and no replacement available. The location is convenient

Very old hotel. The room was very run-down. I guess it has not been renovated for years. It is definitely not 4 stars, at most 2. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel! The price-performance ratio is not right at all, for the money you certainly get better hotels in this location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, great helpful staff. I always stay here when I'm visiting Chicago. I'll be back!

Not a 4 star hotel, I would rate it as a 2 star hotel. Reasonable if you don't care much about the hotel, since the area is great. But its very outdated and not a 4 star experience at all. My room had heavy elevator noise (I'm guessing) and my nose was getting stuffy from dust.
