A short walk up the hill on the outskirts of Siegsdorf is Il Porcino. Service was excellent from the start, typically smiling Italian charm. The restaurant is clearly very popular and with good reason. Food was excellent throughout. They went out of their way to...prepare a starter which rather combined two on the menu.A nice touch. They have a very reasonable wine list and for a large pizza was very reasonable indeed. A most enjoyable meal finished off with a very good choice soufflé

The timetable is wrong. Closed at We had yesterdays evening a great dinner. Everybody love the delicious food.

We had dinner , a family of five, the food was good, Italian dishes properly made, nothing to write home about, however the service is slow and not friendly at all. It's you'd expect a young waiter to speak basic English , nope, none...of the waiters nor the owner speak any English , no English menus....so if you are a non German speaker I suggest looking for a place with better service.

Pretty good pizza pasta but also nice seafood, worth to stopover on the way to Munich (exit Schweinbach), outside grill area and seating
