Arun - Siem Reap

There is a wide variety of food options available at this restaurant. Despite my inability to read Khmer, the staff work quickly and efficiently, even during busy periods. This was my second visit and I highly recommend trying the fish with garlic and bean sauce. The fish is fried and cooked in a stir-fry style with green peppers, tomatoes, onions, and pineapples, resulting in a sweet and tangy flavor.
