Mango Cuisine - Siem Reap

I went to Mango Cuisine with my favorite for a romantic dinner, it's delicacies, the service is perfect. You have the choice between 2 menus I take the set menu B 36$ and I really am thrilled between the fresh tuna with avocado, also the scallops with charcoal and the Australian fillet with asparagus and a kampot pepper sauce. It is an explosion of aromas visually and taste. I recommend booking a table there! I'll come back with pleasure.

Okay, I'll check the diner in the order it happened. First you will be welcomed nicely and you will be taken to your seat. The waiter asks your name and how your day was and a little more small talk. But very friendly and pleasant. Next, he gets you the menu and explains the dishes if you have any questions. The menu is very small, because everything is fresh and cooked to order. I prefer a small menu, but fresh and excellent ingredients. Next, he'll get you the drinks and make sure everything's okay. The wine on the glass is good. The limenada was also very delicious. We had foie grass and scalops for beginners. The scallops were exceptional and the foie grass were also very good. I had a little better foie grass in France, but hey we are in Cambodia! And it was really high quality and I highly recommend it! . The main course was the Australian steak for me and the tiger prawn for my better half. I rarely ordered the steak medium and it was cooked to the point, perfect! The meat was delicious and delicate. The supplement was smoked potatoes and you could taste the smoke flavour! Something I really enjoy. The tiger shrimps were also perfectly cooked and tasted really great! I can recommend both dishes without hesitation! For the desert we had mango cream and chocolate. Both were delicious. All I can say is: Go there and enjoy amazing food and the great friendly staff ensures that your experience is perfect! We paid about $80 for everything and for the food we got, the price is even less than you get! So please go there and you won't be disappointed! Another important thing, call them and book! Or you might not get a table.

I can't imagine there's a better restaurant in Siem Reap. Amazing food, best I had in a long time. A must for everyone who loves food! They won't be disappointed. I'm here twice in 10 days and I'll be back soon.

Although touristic place, it is worth visiting. Food is very friendly about expectations, service. You don't have a big menu, but everything we tried was perfect. Spicy ice cream is top notch.
