Food was great. The only bad thing was service. The person getting the order was rude. Need a class of customer service.

Luis is absolutely kind, patient, benevolent, and will go the extra mile to help you choose from the menu by answering all your questions. He definitely has managerial communication skills, and character. The food is delicious ?. If you like spicy food, I recommend number 10 on the menu. Also, the mocha shake is pretty good.

If you 're in a hurry and you think I 'll go pick something up real quick , avoid here. It doesn 't matter what time of day, there is always a line in the drive thru that continues through the parking lot. Is there only 2 cars there? Doesn 't matter, you 'll wait. It would honestly be quicker to go wait in the In-N-Out line twice.Unfortunately, I think they 're just always severely understaffed because anytime I go staff is hustling.

Horrible service I just left the drive through without my order because I couldn't finish my order since the manager or lady their apparently could understand. She said they where super busy (no line inside or outside) some how very busy and spoke to me in a demeaning way. Seems like they need the coffee ! No star
