Dave Buster's Silver Spring

I reserved a table through Open Table, but when we arrived, they claimed we didn’t have a reservation, even after I showed them the email confirmation.

I Didn't Know, There Was A D&B, In SILVER SPRING. It Was My Families, First Time There, And It Was A Good Experience, For All Of Us. I'm Going To Tell Everybody, About This D&B.

We waited for over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then we were shuffled over to the hostess stand for another 15 minutes before we were told to just sit anywhere and someone would find us. Not sure why we made reservations. The food was dry and overcooked. The alcohol beverages were watered down. Our server kept forgetting she was assigned to our table..we had to keep calling her over. It was my son's 15th birthday and a very horrible experience. He kinda enjoyed the games which were way pricey
