Culina At Como Dempsey - Singapore

I was pretty disappointed with the food. The chicken didn't meet expectations, and the beef was tough. The cake was just average. The only items we enjoyed were the fried squid and fries. The spaghetti was also mediocre.

As always, the experience was excellent. The service staff, Sarah and Jess, were incredibly attentive even when the restaurant got busy. JP was, as usual, gracious and calm, greeting everyone while also assisting his coworkers. My only wish is that the portions were a bit more generous, particularly for the fish.

The service needs improvement. It was hard to get the attention of the waiter, and there was a long wait for the main course.

My new favorite place to eat in Singapore. Excellent for beef and seafood.

Nice new experience where one sees and select the steak for the dinner.
