Lau Wang Claypot Delights (serangoon Central)

Delicious flavors and excellent value! Our food was served piping hot (and spicy) quicker than we expected. The shop was bustling with customers, all clearly enjoying their meals. You really have to try it to truly appreciate it!

The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. However, it would be helpful to have a clearer queue system at the Oasis Terrace. Some people may not realize there is a waiting line to the right of the entrance by the cashier and just sit at any available table, which your busy staff sometimes overlook.

I've lived in Serangoon for many years and recently discovered this hidden gem in Serangoon Central. I've seen some reviews about poor service, but honestly, they don't charge a service fee, so complaints seem unwarranted. The place has more of a coffeeshop vibe, so if that's not your style, it might not be for you. The food was outstanding and, for the price, it was exceptional! The sesame oil chicken I ordered didn’t come with a super sticky sauce, but rather a nice, thick consistency. The best part? It doesn’t form a thick layer of 'skin' when it cools down. As for the service? It's not the main draw for me. I’m here for the food. Who cares if the staff raises their voice if I’m just awkwardly waiting to be served? I give 5 stars for service because my orders were spot on!
