Contribuisci feedbackThe Rillette Bar, located on the upper level of Le Bistrot du Sommelier, is a great place for a glass of wine, a light snack, or even a full meal with a bottle of wine. The ambiance is rustic, and they focus on traditional French rillettes and pâtés made from duck, pork, rabbit, and more. The menu features a variety of warm dishes, ranging from a lamb cocotte with cheese ravioli to a shared 600g ribeye. While it may not be budget-friendly, the quality of the food makes it well worth it.
There's no question that this is one of the top restaurants in Singapore. I've consistently enjoyed the dishes served here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Chef Patrick has upheld his high standards over the years. I will definitely return for more amazing food!
For the main course, I opted for a 500g Black Angus striploin, which was a chef's special cut served with au gratin. The au gratin was cheesy and cooked to perfection, while the beef was outstanding as well. To finish off the meal, I had a rhubarb dessert topped with fresh fruits and profiteroles. The raspberries paired beautifully with the rhubarb, and they were impressively large! The chocolate sauce in the profiteroles is not your typical Hershey's; it's a rich dark chocolate sauce with just the right balance of sweetness and cocoa bitterness. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I will definitely be back for the autumn menu!
Service the best in Singapore, very attentive, went into detail on the wine, food excellent! And value even better. Will go back again no question! Well done!!
French cuisine at its best, paired with an excellent wine selection and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended for any occasion.
