Luke’s Blue Label Burger - Singapore

Will definitely be back for the oysters and crab cake! We had the Barnstable, Powder Point, and Wellfleet — super fresh oysters that left us craving for more. Add just a squeeze of lemon and let the natural taste of the sea do the rest. The crab cake is jam packed with sweet shreds of crab meat encrusted with a crispy thin batter. My muse and I took extra care to save and savour it till its last crumb. The rib-eye steak — while a good medium rare seasoned with the right amount of salt and pepper — disappoints in its tough texture. My muse asked for a change in knife, thinking that his was blunt. But it didn’t help. Love the warm chocolate cookie and key lime pie, as well as the Rock and Rye!

Food was on point — highly recommend the steak and lobster Mac cheese. Exceptional service from the team too! They overheard that we were celebrating birthdays and sent us cake. Will definitely return again for the seafood

I can confidently say that this is one of the best steakhouses in Singapore! I ordered the $108 400g Prime Ribeye (Naked), which was expertly seasoned with just salt and pepper. I loved the slight charred crust and the perfectly cooked steak, which had deliciously melting fat. We paired the steak with $22 green asparagus, which were the freshest and juiciest I've ever had. I also ordered a half dozen oysters for $57.

Reflecting on the photos makes my mouth water all over again! The food and service were both excellent. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they do offer a lunch menu, even on weekends. You absolutely have to try the crab cakes! As for the steak, I ordered it medium, but it arrived medium rare.

What an incredible dining experience! The fresh lobster was paired with delicious sauces, and I highly recommend trying the casino clams as well. The ribeye was grilled to perfection with a lovely crust—great for sharing between two people along with some sides. Don’t miss out on the hash browns! We also enjoyed a delightful birthday dessert, but I’m really glad I ordered the warm cookies as well; they were amazing!
