Pizza Hut (toa Payoh) - Singapore

I did a pickup for the mala pizza. I reached the pizzahut on time according to the app but i still had to wait 5 minutes for the pizza. The place wasn't crowded so idk what's the hold up. I mean i honestly didn't mind waiting even if it was 10 mins. The pizza is nice and hot and they were not stingy with the cheese and chili packets

Did take away for lunch and notice the outlet is not crowded. Overall, the pizza taste the same.

The food was delivered quickly with hardly any wait time, even on a Sunday evening. The service was satisfactory—prompt and courteous. It's worth noting that some staff members may be on the spectrum but are high-functioning, so it's important to be patient with them. Overall, there were no issues, and the service ran smoothly. However, I deducted one star because the truffle mushroom pizza lacked any truffle aroma, which was quite disappointing.

I would like to commend the following staff members at Pizza Hut Toa Payoh: Yong Ping, Andrew Kang, and Lim Wen. They are some of the most polite employees we've ever encountered. I want to especially highlight Lim Wen, who was very attentive to our needs and proactively kept us informed about our orders without us having to ask. She is truly the best restaurant staff I've ever met. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Pizza Hut Toa Payoh!

I commend this establishment for employing staff who may not have extensive knowledge but still provide good service. I have to say the team did a commendable job.
