Poulet (kallang Wave) - Singapore

This restaurant is stunning, with friendly staff and delicious food that is worth the price. I ordered the half chicken with sides, while my son had the oxtail pasta. The oxtail was pleasantly salty, which paired well with the pasta. The mac and cheese I had was tasty, although it was a bit too rich with butter and milk. I would have preferred a lighter touch to prevent it from being too heavy. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable.

I had a great dining experience at Poulet Kallang Wave! The manager was friendly and accommodating. My favorite dish was the truffle mushroom risotto. I would have liked a bit more dressing on the brunette sprudel, but it was still delicious. The pan-seared salmon was also tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the desserts, coming from someone who usually doesn't have a sweet tooth.
