Cheap and great food. We ordered the basil chicken rice, which had a delicious meat gravy. The red curry was really flavourful and pork was cooked well. I would definitely come back again.

I had a fantastic meal! The basil pork with rice was excellent and only $5.80, which is a great value. The prawn cakes were also impressive—$10 for four of them. The Thai milk tea was a bit pricey at $1.80, but it was really nice. I will definitely be returning to try their pad thai and curries!

I spent $39 on sea bass in sour soup, a chicken egg omelette, and basil pork with rice. The food was quite good overall. However, the servers seemed to be in a bad mood, probably because there was no service charge. I also had to request chili and bowls for my meal.

Authentic Thai Cuisine in the Heart of Bencoolen! When all the staff are Thai, you can expect a genuinely authentic dining experience, and Thai Gold Food definitely delivers. Their Pad Thai is made to perfection with silky noodles and flavorful tofu. The Thai green curry is incredibly creamy and aromatic. The mango sticky rice features sweet mangoes paired with savory, warm sticky rice. The dining space is charming, reminiscent of a traditional Thai shophouse, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The service is lightning fast, and the staff are courteous and friendly. Best of all, it's very affordable! I can't wait to return and try more of their dishes.

I tried the basil chicken rice, and it was quite tasty. The tom yum seafood clear soup was decent as well, but I found it a bit overpriced at $10.
