Toast Box (causeway Point) - Singapore

I visited the restaurant located in Food Republic on the fourth level. It was a pleasant and quiet experience. I've noticed that the cleanliness has improved significantly since my last visit, and everything met my expectations. My only small complaint is that I was charged 40 cents for plain water to accompany my coffee.

I visited the restaurant to redeem my free coffee from Lazada with my sister and also had a late lunch there. I've often felt that the staff at Toastbox come across as unfriendly and rude. However, today I encountered a staff member who was exceptionally helpful and kind. Instead of giving me a hard time or scolding me when I didn't know how to redeem my free coffee, she patiently showed me how to do it. I was genuinely surprised by her kindness. She truly deserves recognition as the best employee at the Causeway Point branch!

Nice coffee w soft peanut spreads on thick bread together w halfboiled eggs . Long ques indeed. I pity the workers only 4 aunties at d frontlines . Pls provide assistance esp during peak hour n public holidays as to sustain of d quality of the foods is utmost important. My compliment in overall service at the Woodlands Causeway. .

Always like to go to CP Toast Box that is on the ground floor. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I like the environment there.
