Wingstop - Singapore

Went to the City Square Mall outlet on 25 Jan around 9pm, ordered a 6pc combo but didn't get my fries. The staff over the counter (I didn't take down her name) clarified with me that the kitchen it still cooking it, so I dug into my wings first. At around 9.30pm, I still hadn't gotten my fries (I think the kitchen staff forgot) so I asked the friendly counter staff about it, she was very apologetic about the small mishap and gave a a fresh batch of fries and offered me a free potato salad (which I didn't accept since I was already full). I would like to commend the counter staff (again, regretting not taking her name down) on her great customer service and professionalism.

I have eaten at Wingstop once, service was good, food was good as well. But I'm really satisfied by today's experience. Odd to say, I have not been in the restaurant today, but here are some things I want to say: I want to commend manager Aries of Suntec Wingstop for coordinating a huge reservation. But due to circumstances, we had to cancel. Before that she really took time and effort to recognise my orders and coordinate it so well, answering my queries along the way. She was also nice enough to allow us to cancel our reservation. So sorry but will definitely visit again.

If you love chicken you have to try this place. It has the competition beat, hands down. The chicken is tender, fresh and cooked to order and the sauces are to die for. My personal favorites are lemon pepper and hickory bbq! The fries are great too. Staff are friendly and make the experience even better special thanks to Jabes!! Very nice chicken wings. especialy the luisiana rub. very flavorfull, chiz fries sedap sedap.. will recommend to my friends.

Why can't we have a great wing place like this in Johor? Awesome quality, great flavours, real fries and very comfortable. Very good staff. I was very happy, Thank you.
