Wonderful customer service at this location!!! I know I can count on these folks for my ice cream and hot treats needs!!

Best onion rings you can find in a fast food restaurant. Also love their coffee and icecream drink, the moolatte. Yum!

Went thru drive-thru, misunderstood young lady on intercom, she snapped at me! Please teach your workers better customer service manners..Really upsetting. Owners not interested in my 50.00 sale, since money growson trees today. Went next door to Sonic,where I was met with open arms and my 50.00 payment. Please teach your employees about respect. Will be back to Dairy queen,just not the one on Floyd!!!!

Normally I get decent shakes from this location but the last few times.. not so much. I always order a hot fudge shake. Last time it was basically vanilla. This time assuming it would be the same, I ordered an extra pump of fudge. Now there is way toomuch chocolate. If I wouldn't of asked for the extra pump I'm sure it would've been fine. I really wish they would all get onthe same page as to how many pumps go in a shake so I know how to order my order. I'm disappointed because once again, my shakeis gross. I don't like vanilla and I don't want to be drowned in chocolate. This place is too expensive for mess ups.

This DQ was very clean and our orders were made correctly and quickly. I know some people write disparaging remarks about DQ, but this one on Floyd Blvd is truly very nice.
