I didn't get an apology for the missing burger, instead I threw the bag to me and then hit the window. not very nice.
The management team was incredible! I encountered an issue with my order, and the manager went above and beyond to resolve it.
I experienced a long wait time to place my order, but the service was good. This delay seemed to be due to a shortage of staff, likely because of low employee morale and difficult conditions. The food, however, was enjoyable, so I commend the workers who showed up and did their best under the circumstances.

It seems this location doesn't accept orders during midday hours while they're open. I visited at 3:10 PM on April 12, 2022. As the delivery truck was unloading supplies, the employee who appeared to be on a smoke break went inside as I pulled up to the drive-thru. After waiting for someone to respond, I realized I was being overlooked by the staff. I had to initiate the conversation, only to be told that they weren't taking orders at that time. If your employees could just manage the basics of customer service, you might attract more customers, just like your neighbor Chick-fil-A, which had a drive-thru line six cars deep and still growing.
