Jimmy John's - Sioux City

As most places a complete nightmare to midday, but they are fast as they claim to be my only problem with every jimmy john’s is not only this place I hate mayo and they tend to overlook this fact when ordering sandwiches

There were 6+ employees literally just standing around laughing and talking. I couldn't even hear myself think. Not a good sit-down environment with constant laughing and horseplay at work. Cussing also was going on as well, not professional.

This is exactly how you roll. freaky fast and inaccurate. poor overall service. Had an another order with a mistake. Freaky fast and inaccurate.. Rotten overall service. Corporate office was notified and did not own the problem. Instead they referred me to local manager. Local manager gave me the standard excuses: lack of communication and new employees. Don't treat loyal customers like this or they will not come back. Own the problem.

I'm not a fan of any sub sandwiches, but my daughter is. JJ's is her favorite, she's addicted to this place. I usually get asked at least once a week to get something from there. I've never heard any complaints about the quality of the food, and she is usually the first to let me know when she has a problem with something.

I usually order on line and just go pick it up. When I do dine in, plenty of room and great service. I just started coming here. I was turned off years ago because they didn't make hot sandwiches. Now this is the only place I come unless of course I want a hot steak and cheese or meatball sandwich, then of course it's back to Subway.
