Starbucks - Sioux City

It was an ok place to go. The guy at the counter was semi friendly but the sad part was he didn't know much about the drinks at all. I wanted one of the new coffees but then was told that it was not working after I ordered. I wasn't offered a different drink or a free one on next purchase or anything. I don't think that I will be coming back here much again. I'm not recommending this place again. I even bought the reusable cups too. This is not the way you say treat customers at all. I'm not happy.

This is a notorious issue with Sbux and while I am singling this one out, hey constantly short the drink. This one is juts PATHETIC! A solid 2 inches short! I have been a consumer since the opening in Seattle their Corp bottom line mindset needs to change. We are spending a lot of money for a single drink. This is unacceptable!

I only went this time to redeem my free birthday drink. Most any other day, this place is too expensive for my common sense. I don't really see why some think it's worth the expense, but to each their own. It was fine, but nothing to write home about. I assume part of the draw is the convenience of the drive-up? For crying in the night, a cappuccino or latte is nearly the same price as 2 gallons of milk ????

It?s hit or miss here. Sometimes my order is correct and other times, it?s not. The inside is disgusting, very dirty. Last time I picked up an order the counter was covered in liquid, dripping over. Last time I got a drink for my grandma. She loves caramel and was so excited for her ?treat?. She had a sip and spit it out, I guess she?s not a fan of mocha. Waste of money. I visit this location when I am in town but now only order very basic drinks, like iced coffee black, or iced green tea.
