These were some of the things that the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's travel team came across when they were on a control visit to a catering company at the address Viborgvej 26 in Skive on Sunday. The travel team also found a slaughtered pig, which neither before nor after had been subject to the statutory veterinary inspection. Therefore, the travel team could not rule out that the pig could have had a disease when it was slaughtered. This is what the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration writes in a press release. In addition to the slaughtered pig, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration also found a roast beef, a ham and other foodstuffs that had been doused with green destruction liquid. Rat poison near the food In a room connected to the room where the food was prepared, the travel team found rat poison. Due to the highly unhygienic conditions, which can be harmful to health, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration chose to close down the catering company. Now the agency is warning consumers against food that should have been bought from the property. Consumers must either discard the goods or return them.
