Longhorn Steakhouse - Skokie

I didn't have a meal, I just popped in for a few drinks. The bartender named Taz was very friendly and working hard. I really like this place.

This is the best steakhouse I've been to yet. The prices are reasonable and I especially enjoyed the bread.

When the waitress finally brought the mustard and ketchup for my wife's burger, it had already gone cold. After my wife asked for them a third time, the waitress assured her that she would bring them soon.

I order take out at this location pretty frequently. I love this food here but my only complaint is that I always order a medium rare steak and it’s never consistently cooked the same or correctly. Sometimes i get medium rare, sometimes I get medium and I’ve actually gotten a well done steak before. If the cooks can get on the same page in the kitchen and deliver consistently, this would be my favorite steakhouse within this price point. I’m rooting for them.

Exploring the extensive menu, I've indulged in almost every main dish, including their special steaks. The consistency in quality is remarkable; from the delectable pork ribs to the flavorful Parmesan chicken, each dish is a triumph. However, the crown jewel is undoubtedly the salmon – a true masterpiece that stands out among the stellar offerings. A noteworthy mention goes to their chowder soup, an absolute must-try. Long Horn Steak has consistently exceeded my culinary expectations, making it a top choice for an exceptional dining experience.
