We placed a custom order..From start to finished product, it was top notch service 100%.Dietary restrictions: They made a bariatric, high protein custom dish. We will definitely be returning!!

Been loyal customer over 40 years. Dined in one day and tried to get them to put points for visit on my rewards account. They said they'd no idea on anything to do with that. Emailed customer service and called customer service several times with detailed copy of receipt to no avail. Going on a month now, with no results. It's ridiculous! They say there's no one over the reps to talk to. This is totally unacceptable customer service for good, loyal customers. The service the last time I dined in wasn't good at all either.

After a nightmare experience with a Domino 's phone employee, I called Pizza Hut. We had recently moved to Ravenna and had not tried many pizza joints in the area. My wife is on a low carb eating plan. Domino 's wouldn 't accommodate our crust less pizza request. Sebastian did. He confirmed with another employee on how to properly put it in the system. He was very professional and seemed delighted to assist us. He repeated the catch phrase of no one out pizzas the hut . Give this kid a raise and a promotion. He knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to give GREAT service. We will definitely order from Pizza Hut Ravenna in the future. Thanks crew for all you do! Sebastian, you 're a rock star!
