Smoothie King - Slater-Marietta

Wow! This place has definitely turned around! Before when I would come here the drinks would not be filled all the way, the store would look dirty, and the employees were not engaged. Now, I always get greeted with a smile and fast service. Also, they have a new manager name Jaylen who is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Whatever y’all are doing, keep it up!

Their service is trash. First of all, I don’t understand the point of their drive thru. Every time I’ve come here I had to wait for what feels like at least 20 mins, usually with only one car in front of me. This day, when I got to the drive thru, they said someone would take my order shortly, and I feel like they forgot about me because 10 mins passed and no one came to take my order, so I backed up and parked to go inside. Now when I stepped inside, the floors were sticky and it smelled atrocious so I left without ordering. I’m disgusted.
