Bp - Sleaford

Tried to spend my £5 loyalty points which they couldn't do. So as this is my local BP there is no point using the card as I can't claim the points! Got an email from BP urging me to redeem my points so I tried once again to use my loyalty points as I have already collected over £5. This time I was told by two staff members that I can collect points but the manager has said they can't be redeemed! What is the point in collecting points that can't be redeemed? I will be using Texaco in the future when you collect point with them you can actually use them. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I can't see why they offer points that can't be redeemed, it makes no sense.

Stop at this garage approximately three times a week at night to fill up. Last night saw posters on pumps saying please pay for fuel first! When you are filling a tank up how are you supposed to know exactly how much to pay??? The attendant said hand me your keys then you can fill up! How is that right? Then the attendant said these changes came into force last week but I stopped on Monday morning (1am) just gone and that was not the case

Nice little services with a kfc and a Burger King next door , unfortunately there is very little space to park a lorry so I rarely bother to stop here although it would’ve been ideal
