I went there this morning and they had nobody there and the lights was on

I placed my order, handed my money to the young lady who's name is LoLo at the register. She proceeded to tell me she cannot accept my $100 bill? I ask why?? Sh...

Customer service is paramount especially with newbies that being said the product is great but the staff is not engaging.
