I called stating there must of been just a simple mistake and the girl who answered she said she was the manager ?Jordan? wassuper rude. Said that she will go through the draw and figure it out. I said okay if I can just get their names so my husbandcan go dispute it tomorrow since my niece paid almost $60 for a $20 dollar bill. She gave me a tough time thought she hung thephone up on me and accidentally didn?t and heard her calling me a bunch of foul names like ?****? to her coworkers. I recordedfrom my husbands phone since it was super inappropriate and nothing was even a big deal. Going to try to resolute this tomorrow.let?s just get this resolved no need for name calling and being mean when I wasn?t. This is really crazy from someone who alsoworks in customer service
Ugh hadn't been to Panera in a while and it is probably my last time here. At least they changed the multiple lines issue with this new location, but the environment is super cheap and uncomfortable. There is zero privacy now and it's obviously designedto make you not want to spend much time there (I guess to keep away people like me who liked to study there). But the prices areastronomical and the quality and portions have gone downhill. Oh well, good riddance
The food was decent, though not particularly impressive. The staff were friendly; however, I encountered an issue with the self-service kiosk, which was malfunctioning. As a result, I had to go to the counter and place my entire order again. On a positive note, the tables were clean, and the self-serve beverage area was well stocked and organized.
Their new location isn't nearly as pleasant as the previous one. I believe the food prices are quite steep—over $16 for a chicken sandwich and coffee. I think I’ll stick with KFC and Popeyes when I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich.
The staff here seemed unenthusiastic and not very welcoming. The food didn't meet expectations considering the prices. Additionally, the audio system in the restaurant is in poor condition, making the music sound awful. This feedback is intended for the company as a whole, rather than just this specific location.
