This is our fourth visit to Insignia in the past year. We've made it our go-to date night location to celebrate special occasions or simply to enjoy a nice evening out.

For me, the appetizers were the highlight of the meal. We ordered the bacon and kani salad, which was one of the best kani salads I've ever tasted. The experience of having the bacon cooked right at our table was impressive, and it was absolutely delicious. We also tried the Australian wagyu tomahawk, which was cut table-side with a samurai sword—another unique experience! However, while it was good, I didn't find it to be extraordinary. Perhaps my own ability to cook a great steak made it less impressive to me. Next time, I think I would opt for the filet or sushi instead. The side dishes were decent but didn't stand out either. In my opinion, a significant portion of the price goes towards the excellent service and unique atmosphere. That said, there are definitely some standout items on their menu.
