Branch: Fouad Street Staff: Bishoy I have been to multiple Cafes in my life including starbucks, costa, pablo, and so on but to be honest, this one was one hell of a place. The doughnuts are by so far the best I had in Alexandria and I've been to multiple bakeries but the quality here was just amazing! The dough was fresh even though it wasn't microwaved, the flavours are very clear in the taste, and they're just extraordinary! The frappe was just fantastic. I had a caramel frappe and after drinking it I literally ordered another one for takeaway and it was no less in quality. The staff there was excellent as he literally was the only one there working and he got me my stuff quick. Environment is amazing and the music choice is soft pop which is very calming for a stop. Incredible experience.

I like their bakery and never once came across stale donuts/bagels. Also on the customer service front, they are polite at Fouad street branch. Perhaps the back part (behind the counter) looks a little jammed and clutter is apparent, but that still cannot take away one full star from my review. Keep up the freshness of your goods, take another look at the tidiness of your behind-the-counter scene and all will be fantastic.
