Kfc - Smyrna

This KFC used to be fantastic, but I'm not sure what has changed. Every time I visit now, something goes wrong. The last time I ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and received no gravy. On my most recent visit, I was given crispy chicken instead of the original recipe I requested. I make a stop here during a two-hour drive to bring lunch to my grandmother, and it's incredibly frustrating that they can't get my order right, even when there are no other customers around. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is that, until about four to six months ago, every meal I picked up was great. Also, their hours don't match what is listed online. I’m just trying to bring my grandma her favorite lunch!

The fries were cold, the chicken was hard as a rock, and not at all crispy like advertised. The sweet tea was absolutely terrible; there's no way it could be considered sweet tea. The biscuits were also rock solid, which was disappointing. The only redeeming items were the coleslaw and mashed potatoes, which were actually good. Overall, I was extremely disappointed.

Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to find out they were out of the menu item I came for. They also didn’t have other items I asked about as alternatives. From what I saw with the parked cars, it seemed like only 2 or 3 people were working.
