Oh Pheobes Bbq Truck - Smyrna

I visited their food truck along the highway and I'm giving it 4.5 stars! The ribs were incredible, and the owner was very friendly. The chilled drinks were refreshing! The red potato salad was spot on! Jamie really enjoyed the red beans, although she wasn't a fan of the rice. As for the coleslaw, it's not my favorite type, but many people enjoy it. I can't wait to try the shrimp, crab cake, and kielbasa next! They serve some of the best North Carolina-style barbecue I've had—truly the best barbecue in this area!

The best ribs and sauce I've ever tasted! They haven't been at their usual location, so I haven't been able to enjoy their delicious food lately. Their mac and cheese is incredible as well!

Best BBQ anywhere! It really puts LongHorn Steakhouse to shame! I highly recommend it. We arrived just as he was closing up, but he still served us!
