Contribuisci feedbackThis was my third visit after two unsuccessful attempts, and I'm disappointed to say that the experience hasn't improved. The majority of the sauces were underwhelming, and the service was rude. I cannot recommend this place, especially for that reason.
The restaurant has become very unclean and rough around the edges. It was good over a year ago, but now it has declined. Everything felt sticky.
I only gave this unique restaurant 3 stars because I work in a private data center, which means I don't have the option to take lunch breaks. Because of this, I always place mobile orders from this place. However, I experienced an issue where they charged my card on a day when I hadn’t ordered any food at all. Although they refunded the amount, they charged it again.
Horrible experience! Complete robbery! I ordered through the app. I got charged for an order I never received. No way to connect with doordash. The number cannot be connected. No way to contact the store because the number is disconnected. I can't contact corporate because they only have the digital customer service. I wrote to customer care numerous amount of times and no response. I will never order delivery from them again. Will not reccomend at all. Run away from this location! They do not care about you and will steal your money. I filed a claim with my bank. Zero stars if possible.
So disappointed that subway no longer offers the nice sized salad bowl the veggies and everything in it chopped. This was my favorite salad over everybody else. Then had the nerve to charge me $9 for a small bowl hardly anything in it . The quality went downhill for me, never again.
