Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant is very unprofessional. I go in yesterday for the first time to try this restaurant at 6:30. I ask the cashier were they close bc neither greeted me, he says no but the lite skin dude in the back with a little Afro says they are close. So I ask him the hours he says 11am-7pm again it’s 6:30 pm. So I’m asking how y’all close 30 minutes prior to 7pm he drinks his milkshake crook his head sideways and says they do not do walk in orders all nonchalant at 6:30. No where on the website or windows of the building it says this he didn’t offer that info I had to ask him how it works. I own four business I was looking to inquire their service once a week to feed my 50 employees but lite skin fellow in the back ruined that.
My first time ever ordering.. Showed up to pickup several orders, placed online. CLOSED. Placed a phone call. Was informed that someone would be there to make the order shortly that they would call when the order was complete. Was also given the option to request a refund. I work from home live close by, so I figured okay, why not. I can give a little grace, since things happen. Yeah I know.. Anyway, after several hours of absolutely no communication and another trip to the restaurant (Still closed) a refund was requested. Just to be told that the owner is the one who has to request the refund. After that we, myself along with Chow Now, made several more attempts to contact the owner. Chow Now stated the owners phone has been shut off and will attempt to send an email to the. Making another attempt to contact the restaurant/owner, I reach out and comment on two of their IG posts that they made over an hour AFTER they were supposed to open. I explained the situation and requested an update. Instead of replying to my comments or even sending me a private message, they delete my comments completely ignore my inquiries. Please do NOT let any of their IG reviews fool you, since they seem to make it common practice to delete any comments that shine a light on how this establishment is really managed. I see that its just not the front counter workers that need a course in customer serviec. This is truly a case of how the workers reflect the leadership. I was really looking forward to trying supporting establishment, but this is the same equivalent of getting fired on your day off. Without ever setting foot in this place, I already know that I never will... and I will save any of my friends, or their friends from wasting their time. What a shame. No, I do not need a reply from this establishments owners trying to justify what happened, because your excuses will never make your behavior lack of professionalism okay. Even though we WILL get a refund, my time is what you will never waste again.
I really hate to be that person but I have to leave a review. First off the food is pretty good but the customer service is the reason I won’t return. The cook was in the back cooking food on his phone constantly and not washing his hands! Everyone knows cellphones carry germs. I watched him for 20 mins touch his phone and then continue to fix food for numerous of customers. I watched from the window and he had the nerve to wave at me and get an attitude because I was watching him and wondering when he would wash his hands. I hope the owner finds this review and makes the necessary changes to his kitchen to avoid people from being sick because Im sure those messages/calls could have waited. It didnt seem that urgent. I just left 8/10 12pm so who ever is back there cooking at this time needs to do better!
This place had been on my list to try for a while and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL! I ordered the Jerk Salmon Philly without jalapeños and it was so damn good! It had a nice spice heat to it as well and didn?t even need the jalapeños! I?ll definitely return and already told my friends to check it out!
I can totally understand all the negative reviews as the food does take a long time to prepare and prices are a little high. They also seem understaffed and unorganized at times..BUT, I have to say the wings I ordered were crispy and cooked perfectly!! The sauce was really good and they tasted fresh and tender. Haven't tried anything else yet but I am curious about the rest of the menu The reason for 1 star off is that ranch or blue cheese sauce is not included with the priceof the wings, I had to ask for it to be added. And for these full wings, you need at least 2-3 sauces for a 10-piece order. I will definitely keep supporting this business tho.
