Wayback Burgers - Smyrna

I love all the way back Burger. I want to throw them back into my throat. Jake's burgers are like when you decided that a cow wanted to make love for a pair of “juicy” pants and they had a baby.

Excellent food service was great. We stop there every year on the way home from Ocean City MD!!

I just left a review or posted a comment on the main fb account of Wayback Burgers. I see these bad reviews and I am sad for those of you who feel you have had a bad experience. My family members are very satisfied with the Smyrna, Delaware Wayback Burgers. There has never been a time when I have been there and not gotten great service. I have always been greeted with a smile and if there was any wait at all, an apology that really wasn't even necessary. We are usually there around lunch time and that can get quite hectic at any food joint. The food is always hot, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Thank you, Mark and Becky, for all the hard work and energy that you all put into your Jake's Wayback Burgers. I notice and hope others will as well.

Decided to try Wayback Burgers again for dinner one night and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of our order, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and even the friendliness of the staff. I ordered our food through their mobile app about a half hour before closing time, and got there to pick the food up about 15 minutes later. When we arrived, we were greeted by 2 friendly employees, and immediately handed our bag of food, which was clearly labeled and ready to eat.

The food is excellent. You can choose one of their burger types or build your own burger with the widest number of options ive seen for a burger. They have sides I've never seen before and love as well as awesome fries. My only complaint is cost. I paid 17$ for a burger with bacon, Mac and cheese bites and a milkshake. I thought she had made a mistake when she said the price but apon inspecting the recipt, it was accurate. Just plain expensive. But God was it good.
