This location should invest in hiring people who are willing to provide good friendly service with a smile! After today?s experience I will not visit this location again and will tell all my friends to visit the other location on Wendy hill...
I visited a beautiful restaurant, but my experience was marred by terrible customer service. I requested no salt due to being pregnant with high blood pressure, yet my fries were cooked in grease and still had salt all over them. When I pointed this out, the staff were dismissive and accused me of lying, prompting me to show them the salt myself. I'm currently waiting for my refund, but they are unwilling to provide me with a corporate contact number. I will never shop at this establishment again.
That experience was really disappointing. I placed a mobile order 47 minutes before I arrived, but it wasn't ready when I got there. After waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. All the employee could tell me was that they were "working on it." After waiting for over an hour, I asked again how much longer it would take, but I received the same vague response. If you're willing to wait an extra five minutes, I suggest trying either the Wendy's on Macland or the one on Austell Road. I won’t be returning here.
Avoid going there if you can… It seems like their system is either malfunctioning or they have a limited menu. I get that everyone wants to go home, but they really take it to another level.
Usually Wendy's great places to eat! But especially recently, this place seems to have remained behind. Our latest order was in the promised dessert (a specialty was sunk by applying a quarter or less of a cookie on it, still by photo with much more. Our substitution of a baked potato for pommes was repeated several times and checked by a participant; but they got the order wrong. Also no grill sauce or ketchup was provided for the orders, although we requested it. (Bottom line is the order has not been checked what had been entered in the ordering system. Also the rate of serving Drive-Thru customer was slow, much less than normal. Finally, there was an argument with staff in the restaurant: one of those who collected the food did not wear a mask, and he argued with (of course, the manager who tried to correct it (a violation of the law in our localé). "Nuff said! Dave wouldn't be proud of this place.
