Waited 10 minutes this afternoon for service. Weren't even recognized for being there and waiting to order. Service: 1

It's got dirty floors and kitchen. I didn't use the facilities. People are friendly and service was a normal pace. But it's not up to standards on cleaning Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: French Fries

I ordered breakfast and gravy/biscuits. They put everything in upside down and the gravy was all over everything in the bag. They do not care how you get your food and sometimes they do it on purpose. If we didn 't buy food from Jack 's these disrespectful young people wouldn 't get paid. That should be incentive for them to get our orders correct and in the bag right. Hire older people and this won 't happen. But then, how would our young people learn how to work? Just don 't put biscuits/ gravy in a bag side ways or upside down, put it in flat. It 's not brain science people.
