Thank you, Dakota, for addressing the issue. I was disappointed for the first time at this location, but I recognize they were having a tough day. Dakota provided me with a credit effortlessly and showed great understanding throughout the process. The entire situation was handled with respect.

I attempted to redeem my Free Pizza coupon online, but it required a minimum spending of $20 on food, which was a lot for just one person. To resolve this, I called the store, and the supervisor on the line was incredibly helpful! He assisted me in getting my free pizza and drink while still using my coupon. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was very professional and did everything he could to help me. A big shout-out to him!

The pizza is decent, although a little greasy. It's advisable to order online, as you'll need to wait about 20 minutes for your pizza to be prepared.
