Can't you correct that? I order large salses to pick up from this place often by the Grubhub. For the second time they gave me a small size and I did not notice until I was home, so I had accepted it. After that it happened three more times, but I caught the mistake while I picked up my food in the restaurant and corrected the order. I never had a great customer service here, but I'm coming back because I love the food when they don't stingy.
Super busy in the early evening, but the staff was on point! Not less than three servers checked on my table, although there were two very large parties. Food is always very tasty here. Drinks are perfect. I had the special: carne asada w/ your choice of taco, enchilada or tamale
I have to say, the customer service is something the ownership and management need to start paying attention too. I have been coming here for years and have been a strong supporter. I don?t feel that way anymore. Food is good and so are the drinks but the servers act like they don?t care if you get service or not. Listen up servers, we come in to eat, drink and socialize, if you don?t serve us, the establishment doesn?t make money and your job becomes in jeopardy. You chose to work here, act like you want the job. If not leave and let somebody who will take care of customers have the job. Don?t give us the attitude that we not worth your time. Food 5 stars. Customer service 1 star. Owners pay attention to us!
Cozy family style restaurant for authentic Mexican food at a good price with great service. I was hungry after berry picking in Snohomish and craving some Mexican food. I found this place had a decent rating and decided to stop by. Parking is easy to find as it's in a strip mall area. Entering the restaurant, you definitely notice it has a cozy, classic family style restaurant with booths and older furniture. The decor was colorful and seemed to reference cultural elements. They bring you chips and salsa as appetizers and they were good about refilling them. The chips are nicely toasted and pair really nicely with the salsa and bean dips. We ordered the chicken fajitas and the combo #13. The chicken fajitas come in a cast iron plate with the chicken sizzling, as it's cooked fresh off the grill. It comes with a side of rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and salad. Overall it was very moist, tender chicken and tasted fresh. The combo #13 came with an enchilada, tostada, and tamale. It was definitely a lot of food and filling overall. The tamale wasn't too dry and had a good amount of stuffing. The tostada and enchilada were also served with plenty of seasoning and sides. The chicken tasted well cooked too. Expect to spend about $15-20 per person. The staff are also very good with making sure you're taken care of and there are plenty of people working. I didn?t have to wait long to get my food, even though it was busy on a Sunday evening. Overall a great place for some comfort food and good value. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area!
Our favorite Mexican Restaurant. Always greeted by a friendly smile and seated with chips Salsa bean dip. Great food that never disappoints. Nice Lunch Specials. A very good experience.
