Mcdonald's - Snohomish

This is my second review in six months. The night crew could use some improvement. Paying $10 for two cold burgers is unacceptable. I expect a hot meal when I pay for one.

The staff here is fantastic in every aspect, but the management is really letting them down. They are severely understaffed, causing cars to back up from the drive-thru into the road. While I appreciate the importance of safety, it seems evident that the dining room remains closed just to maximize profits. On top of that, prices keep increasing. To the managers and owners: If customers are still spilling out onto the road and your expenses are lower, why can't you hire more staff and provide hotter food? I have some suggestions that could help.

The young man at the window was fantastic. He was dancing, singing, and radiating pure joy. The service was quick and precise, even though they were busy! Great team!

Horrible experience extremely rude staf! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive through. Some how my order was canceled. Things were reorder no big deal. Then I wated.for over 10 min to receive cold food by an employee that had no time for me. Quickly handed me my food and left not return with the othe half of the order. I waited another 5 minutes and had to honk to get the attention of someone. I let them know I was missing my smoothies. When he returned with melted smoothies that look horrible, like they were made 15 minutes ago. Of course I asked to have them remade and the employee denied my request saying that they come out of the dispenser and he couldn't make another one. Then said I would have to drive around to have them remade... Didnt even let me finish and walked away! By far the worst customer experience I have had with this chain! I would have gone in but the dining room was closed and no one ever answers the phone with a full VM box.
