Outback Steakhouse Snohomish

Between the four of us we had burgers, grilled baby back ribs and chicken. All enjoyed our choices. I asked for a baked potato instead of the Aussie fries. Good choice. There was plenty to eat. 2 of us asked for a doggie bag. Restaurant was rather empty which was good for us. Nice waiter and prompt service. All reasonably priced (look at the lunch specials on back of the menu)

Very disappointed. I know outback can be amazing. This place was empty, likely not enough help. It took the team over 90 minutes to bring us dinner and the steaks were dry. Our group of 8 all left disappointed. We won't be back.

Wonderful experience! The food and drinks were great but the staff was stellar. From the time we walked in the door until we left. We were greeted with a warm smile from the hostess and our waitress went above and beyond to take care of us, then the owner came over to our table and asked us if everything was okay. Wow! What great customer service. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I used to enjoy eating here but the last several times have made me want to call it quits for good. Not only do I keep getting what should be medium rare steaks extremely well done but the cuts of meat are trash. The last ribeye I got has almost no marbling and was about 3/8 thick. That is pretty ridiculous for a steak over $30. Your cooks could definitely use more training but who ever is in charge of buying the cuts of meat should be fired. Only reason you are not one star is the wait staff but that ain't going to do you any good if you cheap out on the steak. RE: If you did strive for 5 star service you would give a real response not some generic one that everyone gets. You guys are lucky someone doesn't open a texas roadhouse in snohomish because you would be out of business.

Awesome Service! They catered an event for us (approx 100ish people) and were flexible and easy to work with! The meal was more than expected, and the service was second to none! I would rate them 10+ stars if I could.
