I overheard a customer complaining about finding rocks in his food, but I didn't find the owner to be rude at all, as he claimed. I eat there weekly and have never had an issue. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and it's a family-owned, friendly establishment. I absolutely love this place!
Essentially, you're paying $9 for a burrito that's about the same size as a frozen microwave burrito. If you're looking to add chips and salsa, that's an extra nearly $3, and there aren't many side options to help make the small burrito more satisfying. While the burrito itself tasted decent, it makes you question the value. You definitely won't leave here feeling full for a fair price. The restaurant is clean and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly, but there are numerous other places where you can get better value for your money. So why would you choose to eat here?
I had another disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the server I encountered during my last visit remains the worst I've ever dealt with. The prices have increased again, making their burritos the most expensive in the area. I'm really not keen on supporting this place anymore. Although the food is still good, the staff member I've seen there just doesn't have a suitable attitude for customer service. He speaks down to guests and lacks professionalism. Honestly, paying $10 for a burrito feels pretty steep to me.
Honestly, the ingredients are fresh and the food tastes just fine, but the guy working this evening was very rude to my husband. He's pretty shy and gets kind of tongue tied when ordering multiple items and this guy was impatient, snappy and rude. He then started talking to his coworker about my husband in Spanish (little did he know my husband also speaks Spanish). In addition my burrito tonight was 90% rice with just the tiniest sprinkle of the other toppings I ordered. Even though it's literally right around the corner, I don't think we'll ever go back.
Good food , customer service was the best , but 4 chicken tacos for 10$ and no drink there a little expensive.
