Starbucks - Snowshoe

I gave a 4 stars because I usually have a good experience but Heidi the cashier was super rude rolled her eyes at me and then yelled at the costumer behind me. I get sometimes food service is stressful but you don't have to take it out on the costumers. I interacted with other baristas there and everyone else was super nice.

They didn't know how to make some of their own drinks on their menu and the older lady was being a complete biotch. I understand covid is going on and all, but she made my whole family leave and wouldn't let them tell me their orders. Wouldn't have been bad if there was cell reception, but there wasn't. She could have been nicer about it. Other than that, all the other staff is nice.

I'll have a side of covid with my latte. A mismagement nightmare at this place, the female manager Jen ? is incompetent and unprofessional. The shop remains open even though it seems like everyone is sick. I was in there mid Sept and the manager was clearly sick. I am letting everyone know to stay far from this place unless you go in with a hazmat suit.

Super cute cozy Starbucks at the top of the mountain. Perfect place to stop in after hitting the slopes. Super nice baristas!

Everyone sits in the floor and doesn't help. They were also low on items. Never got to sit down and get served
