Some products are good, others fair. Disorganized service, long waiting time at peak hours. high prices

Tem uns Croissants maravilhosos, Pastéis de nata muito bons também! Hambúrguer também aprovado! Funcionários muito simpáticos no geral Mas é destacar um funcionário, que quando souber o nome farei questão de indicar! Super atencioso a tudo o que pode correr menos bem, o que torna qualquer falha num não problema! : Já deixei e ir a sítios pelo mau atendimento, aqui voltamos também pelo bom atendimento!

Initially gave it 5 stars but it has gone downhill in the last few months. Service is worse behind the counter and they have just crammed too many chairs and tables inside which no longer gives it a relaxing atmosphere. Focusing too much on making money and too little on customer service and experience. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The prices are expensive for the service provided, as they don't have table service (it's a kind of cafetaria setting) and the elevated prices don't reflect the quality of the products. Non the less, the coxinha was a surprise, as it's the Brazilian recipe and not the Portuguese one. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
