30 mins to get food is ridiculous… so much for fast food.

Worst Popeyes in El Paso, they forgot to give my kids the toys included in the kids combo. They gave us the wings barely even room temperature. Chicken strips barely warm. They have given us 2 previous orders with items missing. It’s always the same story. Would not recommend to order from here. Would be better to drive further and get it from another location.

I loved this place before, now their service is not that good. I got 2 orders of wings and waited and waited and waited finally here comes my order when I got home i was beyond disappointed! 1order was perfect the second order was 80% literally pieces of broken bones!! To top it off, they dumped tons of Parmesean garlic sauce. Those bones were swimming in sauce. I called every day for like 7 days and they never answer. I emailed corporate but no response I guess they just don't care.

Delicious food great availability of everything on menu friendly fast paced staff.

Been a few times. Overall really good. Only had some issues with order once or twice. That was just missing something. But really good other than that.
