Contribuisci feedbackThis is the second time we have come here and ordered food in the drive through only to find out after we have paid that it is not ready and will be 10 minutes or more for chicken to cook.
Place was clean, well staffed and friendly. Food was good too.
Each month, my employer provides me with a GrubHub meal credit. I live almost an hour away so I place my order ahead of time for pickup. This is the third month in a row (due to limited options) that I have ordered from this location and it is not ready.The first month, I placed my pickup order the night before. When I drove to the restaurant to pick it up, they told me theydidn?t have my order. I showed them my emails and texts proving they did and a rude comment was made that they saw it the daybefore and couldn?t figure out why someone would order a day ahead, so they tossed my order. The next month, I placed my orderjust a few hours early and attempted to pick it up, only to find that there would be a 20 minute wait because they were busy. Ifinally got my order and went on my way. Tonight, I tried again to order. I drove an hour to get there and when we arrived, wewere told they ?just received the order like 10 minutes ago? (when my text showed an hour in advance) and informed me they hadno chicken ready, so it would be 45 minutes! I told them we drove an hour and they did not care. We were told that maybe 30minutes and we told them we would drive to get gas and come back. We did finally got our order. While this may not seem likea big deal to someone, the time I spend waiting when something is scheduled and I?ve already driven an hour is not how I wish tospend my evening. My time is valuable. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes, I could do that in person. I have two small kids and sotwo hours in the car is already a task. Sitting and waiting that much longer while they get restless is stressful andinconsiderate. No one even tried to make it right or apologize for the inconvenience not once, not twice, but three times.Apparently this is a common issue and service is not priority at this location. If you?ve got hours to waste, eat here. Ifyou?re like the rest of the world and don?t have 2.5 hours to spend for fast food chicken, pass on this locatio
I'm an Uber Eats Driver and they prioritized walk in and drivethrough orders over my job. They took thier sweet time getting the food for my delivery ready and the restaurant was unsanitary. No gloves after touching face and other surfaces they didn't washthier hands. Do not eat here.
Very friendly staff...but very understaffed and they are working very hard. So please don't fuse at the staff if you are waiting 20 like us for your order. They are nice and doing everything they can but have no help.
